What infrastructure do you need to launch a Forex brokerage?
Launch readiness is a systems problem. This guide maps the capabilities most new brokerages must connect before scaling acquisition.
Start with journeys, not vendor logos
Define the first successful client journey: apply, complete required checks, fund, access trading, and receive support. Every module you buy should map to a step in that journey or to an internal control that protects it.
Client-facing spine
At minimum, plan for an acquisition website, onboarding flow, KYC/screening handoffs, and a trader’s room for funding and account controls. If these surfaces disagree on status, support volume explodes.
Internal operations spine
Broker CRM, back office permissions, payment exception handling, and basic reporting are not optional “phase two” extras for most models. Without them, teams invent spreadsheets that become shadow systems.
Trading adjacency
Platform selection matters, but so does how platforms connect to CRM, risk visibility, and funding states. Treat connectivity as an owned capability with monitoring — not a one-time install.
MVP sequencing
Ship the minimum connected stack that supports your first production clients. Defer multi-level IB complexity, exotic copy products, and vanity dashboards until the spine is stable.
